JV Kaufman, a retired architect, has enjoyed being involved in a wide variety of REI’s,  developments, construction and design projects; everything from high end residential (dwellings, investments & subdivisions) to Casinos having been a licensed Architect in several states. He has also owned and operated an architectural, development, construction, management concern, including a mortgage company and an appraisal company appraising residential, commercial, medical, industrial, multi-family projects, and land projects for value and litigation purposes. Mr. Kaufman has over 4 decades of experience including real estate development and finance.
